Welcome to our family.

The Doctor's House is a full service, family care office established in January 2006 in St. Albans, WV. At The Doctor’s House, Dr. Casto provides care for newborn through geriatric patients. Dr. Casto hopes to be the "modern day country doctor" by caring for the entire family. Preventative services such as PAP smears, Cholesterol checks, ECGs, Flu Vaccines, Pneumonia Shots, Tetanus Shots, Meningoccal Vaccines are provided as well as Counseling on preventative and curative medications.

Dr. Casto also performs minor surgeries at The Doctor’s House such as skin biopsies, wart/lesion removal, chemical peels, Botox injections and other dermatological services.

The Doctor’s House provides prompt lab results courtesy of the on-site laboratory. The on-site lab is capable of testing the following areas: INR/PT, thinness of blood, cholesterol panel, liver function, hemoglobin, glucose, HbA1c, pregnancy test, flu, strep test, H. pylori, and urinalysis.

The Doctor’s House is handicapped accessible with parking available in their lot as well as street parking.

Meet Dr. Casto

Dr. Casto is a native West Virginian, growing up in Chapmanville, WV. She studied nursing at WVU in Charleston, WV. She continued to West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, obtaining her medical degree in 2002.

After completing her internship in Harrisburg, PA, she moved back to WV to complete her training as a family physician at CAMC in Charleston, WV.

Dr. Casto is board certified in family medicine. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American Academy of Osteopathic Family Physicians. She is also certified in Aesthetic Medication.

Dr. Casto is married to John Cotton Casto of St. Albans, WV, they have three boys, J.C., Blake, and Seth. They reside in the St. Albans area and serve their community through involvement in many of the local organizations.
